For MP3's simply impor...You can import MP3 and AVI. For MP3's simply import them into iTunes and they will be copied to the iPhone. For AVI's, you need to convert them to QuickTime and then, import into iTunes and off you go.<BR/><BR/>For PDF's, doc, etc. download the free AirShare. It lets you wirelessly connect your computer to the iPhone and copy files directly to the phone.
