The book that's got me all in process mode is called
The E-Myth Revisited (very helpful) and
E-Myth Mastery on CD (not so great). Documenting business processes is the heart of the approach, although there's definitely a drill instructor mentality of breaking you down and building you up again that I don't agree with. He tells you how most businesses fail, how you're a slave to your business, but yes, there is a solution. It's as sexy as documentation. Luckily the knowledge here is 20+ years old and commonly accepted nowadays. If you ever want to have time away from your business, you need processes in place that employees can follow. Duh.
