Microsoft MapPoint has some up-to-date, high resolution satellite photos. You can even read the signs on the buildings.

    I am a really big bimmer fan, that is true. That particular dealer treated me poorly one time and I ended up buying my car in Berkeley (for pick-up in Munich).
