Could you remind me what the dimensions are of the store and the gaming area? I'm going to look at a property that a friend is looking at for their business and I plan to try and visualise the space as a game/comic store instead for my own purposes.
The store is 3,300 square feet. About 2,000 square feet of that is retail space, 1,000 square feet is game space, and 300 square feet is office and storage. Restrooms don't seem to be included in that square footage when you measure it out.
Let me say that if I had opened my store initially in this location, I would have sunk fast. I think now that we have a customer base and a better idea of what needs a doin', we have a good chance of making it.
